Led by guys like Dennis Leonard, Amos Otis and George Brett, the 1980-95 Royals were one of the better teams in the league. In 2015 their rebuild paid off, lead by Eric Hosmer, Salvador “Salvy” Pérez, Alex Gordon, Mike “Moose” Moustakas and Johnny Cueto, KC was back on top.
